Pattern Studio Presents

THPP TV

Conversations, reflections, reactions, and perspectives around the patterns we notice in relationships, work, identity, communication, and everyday life.

Some come from me. Some make room for another voice. Some simply start with a moment that deserves a second look.

Thoughtful when it needs to be. Lighter when it can be.

Why I Started THPP · A welcome into The Hidden Pattern Project
Welcome to the Station

More room for the conversation.

THPP TV is the video side of The Hidden Pattern Project.

This is where a thought can stretch beyond a caption, a question can become a conversation, and the same pattern can look completely different depending on who is talking about it.

You will find personal reflections from me, conversations with other people, workplace discussions, short reactions, and different perspectives on the things we often accept without stopping to question.

The lineup is just getting started.

Programming Guide

What you will find on THPP TV.

The library will grow as new conversations are recorded. For now, these are the kinds of programs taking shape.

CH 01
From Rosie

Sometimes I just need to talk about it.

Personal reflections, commentary, reactions, and the patterns I keep noticing in everyday life.

Some start with my own experience. Others start with something I watched, heard, read, or noticed and could not quite leave alone.

CH 02
Conversations

Another voice can change the whole conversation.

Guests, collaborators, professionals, community members, friends, and people with different experiences can see the same topic from very different seats.

Sometimes that difference is exactly what makes the pattern easier to see.

CH 03
Perspectives

What do you notice from where you sit?

Short interviews, individual responses, reactions, and viewpoints around relationships, friendships, communication, boundaries, pressure, identity, work, and everyday patterns.

Different ages. Different experiences. Different answers.

CH 04
At Work

Patterns do not disappear when we clock in.

Communication, leadership, trust, belonging, influence, expectations, and the things teams quietly learn to work around all shape how people experience work.

This is where the professional side of THPP gets more room.

Stay Tuned

The lineup is growing.

New reflections, conversations, voices, and questions will make their way onto THPP TV as they are recorded.

No need to fill the schedule just for the sake of having one. The good stuff can arrive when it is ready.
