The Pattern Circle
A place where you don’t have to explain the whole backstory first.
A peer-support community for people making sense of narcissistic and emotionally harmful patterns in relationships, families, friendships, workplaces, communities, and the experiences that stay with us afterward.

Why the Circle exists
Understanding what happened isn’t always the same as feeling understood.
You can recognize a pattern and still feel alone in it — especially when what happened privately looked very different from what everyone else saw.
The Pattern Circle gives you a place to talk with people who understand why these experiences can be difficult to explain. You don’t need a perfectly organized story before you can participate.
Start by listening. Join the conversation when you’re ready.
Wherever it showed up
There’s room to talk about it.
The Circle is organized around six places where confusing, unhealthy, or emotionally harmful patterns often become part of everyday life.
Romantic Relationships
Make sense of confusing relationship dynamics, recurring behaviors, boundaries, and what comes after.
Family Systems
Explore patterns involving parents, siblings, adult children, extended family, and the roles families can teach us to play.
Friendships
Talk about imbalance, shifting loyalties, one-sided connection, and friendships that left you questioning yourself.
Communities & Groups
Explore unhealthy dynamics in social groups, organizations, faith communities, or spaces you once trusted.
Workplace
Discuss difficult leadership, exclusion, professional undermining, confusing power dynamics, and rebuilding confidence at work.
Rebuilding & Self-Trust
Make room for what comes afterward — reflection, boundaries, small wins, and learning to trust your own perception again.
What you’re joining
More than another place to scroll.
The goal isn’t to keep you focused on everything that went wrong. It’s to create a thoughtful place for conversation, perspective, connection, and the moments that help things begin to make more sense.
Conversations with context
Discussion spaces are organized around where patterns show up, so you aren’t starting every conversation from zero.
Room for the small wins
There is room for realizations, boundaries held, progress made, and moments that mattered — not only the difficult parts.
People who understand the language
You don’t have to turn your experience into a perfectly packaged story before you’re allowed to talk about it.

A supportive space with boundaries
Peer support, clearly defined.
Clear boundaries help keep the Circle useful, respectful, and safer for the people participating in it.
The Circle is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or a replacement for professional care.
The focus is on experiences and behavioral patterns rather than diagnosing or labeling people who aren’t part of the conversation.
Members should avoid identifying real people, employers, organizations, or sharing another member’s experience outside the community.
Thoughtful disagreement is welcome. Harassment, personal attacks, discrimination, and harmful behavior are not.
Come as you are
You don’t need the perfect words to join the conversation.
Introduce yourself when you’re ready. Start by listening if that’s what feels right. The point isn’t to arrive with all the answers — it’s to have somewhere to explore the questions with people who understand why they matter.
Join the Circle from the beginning and help shape the kind of community you would have wanted to find.
