Testimonials

Some experiences make more sense once someone truly sees them.

These are reflections from people who have felt heard, recognized patterns differently, or found language for something that had been difficult to explain.

In Their Words

A growing collection of real experiences.

There is no goal to fill this page with as many testimonials as possible. The collection will grow as people choose to share what felt meaningful to them. Some stories are brief. Others need more room. You decide how much you want to read.

Collected Voices

Different experiences. A common thread.

Feeling understood can look different depending on what someone is navigating. These stories reflect relationships, work life, boundaries, trust, and the process of learning to trust what you notice.

“What Rosie gave me was a map.”

Rosie helped me understand what was happening, what could come next, and how to navigate it without continually losing myself in the process.

Recognizing What Was Happening

For years during my marriage, I genuinely believed I was the problem. I had a therapist who helped me understand that I needed to leave, but I still did not understand what I was dealing with, that I was not the problem, or why nothing I did ever seemed to fix it.

At one point, I was essentially told that I should live in my car, but I did not understand why. But I had children. I was not going to abandon them or force them into homelessness. People could tell me, “You need to leave,” but no one was telling me how. Rosie did.

Rosie helped me recognize the patterns of narcissistic abuse and put language to experiences that had left me confused and questioning myself for years.

Finding a Realistic Way Forward

More importantly, she understood that recognizing the abuse was only the beginning. When you have children, a home, finances, and an entire life intertwined with someone, you cannot always just walk out the door. Rosie met me where I actually was and helped me find a realistic way forward.

She prepared me for what came next. She guided me through divorcing a narcissist and, time after time, things unfolded exactly as she had warned me they could.

She taught me that when you share children, divorce does not necessarily end the dynamic, and that traditional coparenting is not always possible. She introduced me to parallel parenting, something I did not even know existed.

Learning Not to Lose Myself Again

What Rosie gave me was a map. She helped me understand what was happening, what could come next, and how to navigate it without continually losing myself in the process. She never made me feel stupid for staying, weak for struggling to leave, or ashamed that I had not recognized it sooner. Most importantly, she never blamed me.

If someone asked me, “Why Rosie?” I would say because she does not just understand narcissistic abuse from the outside. She understands the entire journey through it. From the confusion and self doubt, to leaving, surviving the divorce, navigating life afterward, and now helping me heal all the way down to the roots of my childhood trauma so I do not repeat the same patterns again.

I genuinely do not know how I would have navigated this without her. Rosie did not just tell me I needed to leave. She helped me understand how to get out, how to get through it, and how to make sure I do not lose myself again.

“I can set boundaries now as I never have before.”

Kaylee began noticing patterns she had previously overlooked across romantic relationships, work relationships, and friendships while becoming more confident in what she allows into her life.

I highly recommend Rosie and The Hidden Pattern Project to ANYONE who feels even slightly stuck in an abusive relationship or even seeing signs of a relationship headed that way.

She has helped me notice the patterns that I so often overlooked in numerous relationships whether it be a romantic relationship, work relationship and friendships. I am now more aware of the red flags and that I am in control as to whether or not I allow that to be in my life.

I can set boundaries now as I never have before and would like to think of myself as a recovering people pleaser.

When communicating with her, I feel heard and not judged which is such an important factor to healing and finding one’s voice again.

Thanks to Rosie and this amazing beta group, I can finally stop being a people pleaser and be the woman who I was meant to be. There really is not a program out there quite like hers and with being a single mom, I love how I can do it at my pace!

If any of this hits home with you, do yourself a favor and sign up, you will be glad you did 💕

“She actually listens. I mean really listens.”

Rosie has a way of understanding people that goes beyond the surface. She listens to more than the words being said and pays attention to the emotion behind them. I trust her because she is genuine, compassionate, and honest, even when she tells me something I may not want to hear.

Rosie has a way of understanding people that goes beyond just the surface. Because of her own life experiences, she is able to relate to people and situations in a way that not everyone can. Even when something is not directly relatable to her, she makes a genuine effort to understand where I am coming from. She understands the emotion behind situations. She does not just listen to the words someone is saying. She pays attention to what might be behind those words and tries to understand the person as a whole.

I trust Rosie because I always feel like she is being completely genuine with me. She is compassionate, but she is also honest. She is not afraid to tell me something I may not want to hear if she believes it is something I need to hear. At the same time, she never makes me feel bad for feeling the way I do.

I know that when she gives me advice, it comes from a place of caring and wanting the best for me. This makes it easier to keep opening up to her because I know I am not going to be judged or told that my feelings are not valid. In fact, she regularly reminds me that my feelings are valid, even if others do not agree with them.

She actually listens. I mean really listens. She does not just wait for her turn to talk or assume she already knows what I am trying to say. If something does not make sense to her, she asks questions and tries to understand instead of jumping to conclusions.

She gives me the space to explain myself, even when I do not know exactly how to put my feelings into words. I never feel like I have to have everything figured out before I can talk to her. I can just be honest, and she meets me where I am.
