These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and The Hidden Pattern Project LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“The Hidden Pattern Project,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, creating an account, purchasing any product or service, or participating in any program, membership, community, or offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the website or any of our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access or use the website, create an account, purchase any product or service, or participate in any community, program, or offering. By using the website, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old. If we learn that a User is under eighteen (18), we may immediately terminate their account and access without notice or refund.

1.2 Account Responsibility. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

2. Website Use

2.1 Permitted Use. The website and all content, features, and services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Company. You may access and use the website in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to: (i) use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (ii) reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the website without prior written consent; (iii) interfere with or disrupt the website, servers, or networks connected to the website; (iv) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or any systems or networks connected to the website; (v) use any automated system, including bots, scrapers, or spiders, to access or interact with the website; (vi) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; (vii) harvest, collect, or store personal data of other Users without their consent; or (viii) use the website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website.

2.3 Account Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the website at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other Users or the Company, or is otherwise objectionable.

3. Services and Offerings

3.1 Overview. The Hidden Pattern Project provides educational and informational content focused on recognizing and navigating narcissistic dynamics across relationships, family, friendships, communities, workplaces, and their impact on self. Our offerings include, but are not limited to: (i) digital content, including articles, videos, and educational materials; (ii) online course modules; (iii) digital workbooks and frameworks; (iv) group coaching sessions; (v) workshops; (vi) paid memberships and subscriptions, including the Beyond Awareness premium membership; (vii) an online community; and (viii) physical products and merchandise.

3.2 Modification of Services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, program, offering, or content at any time without prior notice or liability. We are not obligated to maintain, update, or continue any particular offering.

4. Memberships and Subscriptions

4.1 Membership Tiers. The Hidden Pattern Project offers free and paid membership tiers, including the Beyond Awareness premium membership. The specific features, content, and benefits available under each tier are described on the website and may change from time to time at our sole discretion.

4.2 Subscription Billing. Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly or annually). By purchasing a paid membership, you authorize the Company to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current rate for your selected membership tier.

4.3 Auto-Renewal. All paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the next renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.

4.4 Price Changes. We reserve the right to change membership pricing at any time. If we change the price of your membership, we will provide notice before your next billing cycle. Your continued subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4.5 Free Trials. If we offer a free trial period, you may be required to provide a valid payment method to begin the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee and your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

5. Purchases and Payment

5.1 General. All purchases made through the website are subject to these Terms. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the payment information you submit is accurate and complete.

5.2 Pricing. All prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change pricing for any product or service at any time without prior notice. Pricing changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5.3 Payment Processing. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.

5.4 Order Confirmation. An order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or limited availability.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Digital Products and Content. All sales of digital products and content — including online courses, digital workbooks, frameworks, and downloadable materials — are final and non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered. No refunds will be issued for digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.

6.2 Memberships and Subscriptions. You may cancel your paid membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid membership features through the remainder of the billing period for which you have already been charged. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for the current billing period in which cancellation occurs.

6.3 Group Coaching and Workshops. Fees for group coaching sessions and workshops are non-refundable once the session or workshop has commenced. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, rescheduling or credit toward a future session may be offered at the Company’s sole discretion but is not guaranteed.

6.4 Physical Products. Physical products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [Insert Contact Email]. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this section.

6.5 Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us to resolve a billing issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue any amounts owed.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Company Intellectual Property. All content on the website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, course materials, workbooks, frameworks, coaching materials, workshop content, and software — is the property of The Hidden Pattern Project LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 7.4 Enforcement. Any unauthorized use of Company intellectual property may result in termination of your access, legal action, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

8. User-Generated Content

8.1 User Content. Users may post, submit, or share content through the website and community features, including but not limited to comments, posts, stories, feedback, and other materials (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or sharing it.

8.2 License to Company. By posting or submitting User Content, you grant The Hidden Pattern Project a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such User Content for the purposes of operating, maintaining, and improving the website and community.

8.3 Use in Marketing and Promotional Materials. The Company will not use your User Content, name, likeness, testimonial, or personal story in marketing, promotional, or social media materials without first obtaining your separate written consent. You have the right to decline any such use. If consent is given, you may revoke it at any time by contacting us in writing, and we will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove the material within a reasonable timeframe, though we cannot guarantee removal from third-party platforms or cached content.

8.4 Representations. By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to post the content and to grant the license above; (ii) your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights; and (iii) your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

8.5 No Obligation. We are under no obligation to host, display, or distribute any User Content and may remove or refuse any User Content at our sole discretion and without notice.

9.4 Moderation and Enforcement. We reserve the right to moderate all community content and to remove any content or User that violates these guidelines at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, permanent ban from the community, or termination of your account, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation. Decisions regarding moderation and enforcement are final.
